Processing Personal Data and Related Aims
Below is a summary of our operations that involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data and our intentions for it.
a) Processing and collecting your data for the purposes of providing Alimenco Srl's services and to provide to legal authorities if requested.
b) Processing personal data supplied by you or through your internet usage as specified in the terms of service, in order to define your business profile.
c) Use of your commercial profile by Alimenco Srl for the marketing and promotional objectives of Alimenco Srl.
d) Collection, storage and processing of your personal data for administrative purposes, including email correspondence of commercial invoices.
e) Communication of your commercial profile to partner agencies for the marketing and promotional purposes of Alimenco Srl.
f) Use of your commercial profile by Alimenco Srl for marketing and promotional purposes with third parties.

The implementation will be totally automated by a process that allows you to detect the commercial habits of the customer as demonstrated through their behaviour within the network.
Freedom of Consent and Terms of Refusal
Consent to the processing of personal data in line with points A-D is mandatory. In the event that consent is refused, it will not be possible to provide Alimenco Srl’S services or the services provided by the sites connected to Alimenco Srl. However, in the event of refusal of points E and F, there will be no consequences.

b) The cancellation, redaction or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed.
c) Certification that the operations noted above have been made known to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this is not possible or the effort disproportionate in relation to the protected right.
4.) The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part:
a) On legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data concerning him or relating to the purpose of its collection.
b) To the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending marketing materials.
